Book a Call

The Gentle Way is an invitation for women to stop living under the weight of self-judgment and learn to see and treat themselves through the lens of God's grace.

Women will begin to recognize the harsh inner voice they may have mistaken for truth, uncover the lies and old stories they've been agreeing with, and learn how to replace them with what God says is true.

Gentleness becomes the way through.

Not avoidance. Not complacency. Not letting ourselves off the hook. Instead, we learn that real
transformation can happen when we feel safe enough to tell the truth, receive grace, and grow.

THE THREE MOVEMENTS

1. RECOGNIZE - Notice the harsh way

Recognize self-judgment, shame, comparison, perfectionism, striving, and the critical inner voice. Ask: What do I say
to myself when I fail? Would I speak to someone I love the way I speak to myself?

2. RELEASE - Stop agreeing with the lie

Identify the lie or old story: I'm not enough. I'm too much. I should be further along. I have to keep everyone happy. I
need to prove my worth.
Then pause and ask: Is this how God sees me?

3. RECEIVE - Practice The Gentle Way

Learn to respond differently. Instead of What's wrong with me? ask What do I need right now? Instead of shaming
yourself into changing, practice telling yourself the truth with love and receiving what God says about your identity.

You don't have to be harsh with yourself to grow.

Gentleness is not the absence of truth. It is learning to tell yourself the truth with love.
You cannot shame yourself into becoming the woman God created you to be. There is another way...
